Refunds Policy

Tangerine Sounds will refund your full purchase price providing the following conditions are met (conditions marked with an asterisk (*) are required):

The zip file has not been downloaded. *

AND either:-

Your bank / Paypal account was illegally charged (fraud) 

OR

You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.

We cannot refund you any purchases where you have accessed the sounds by downloading the zip file.

* A Download counts when a download action is commenced regardless of download completion. We do not monitor the completion of the download. Each click on the download link counts as one download attempt.
