Tangerine Sounds — Refund Policy

All products sold by Tangerine Sounds are digital downloads. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Downloads — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers who expressly consent to immediate download upon purchase waive their 14-day right of withdrawal. By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout, you confirm this consent. As a result, all sales are final once a download has been initiated.

A download is considered initiated upon the first click of any download link, regardless of whether the download completes successfully.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund request in the following circumstances only:

• Your payment account was fraudulently charged without your authorisation
• You have been charged but no download link was provided or accessible
• You have been charged twice for the same product in error

In all cases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to request supporting information before processing any refund.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is raised against a purchase, your licence to use all Tangerine Sounds digital content is immediately and automatically revoked in accordance with our EULA. You must delete all copies of the downloaded content from your possession.
